Established in 1977, YSN is a not-for-profit organization with volunteer officers dedicated to helping the yoga community thrive and grow. Yoga Society Nashville strives to bring together teachers and students of all traditions for the study, practice, and promotion of yoga in our community and beyond.
YSN hosts the following events each year:
* Yoga Conference bringing the Nashville yogis together as community to experience various yoga styles by various yoga teachers from around the world. Yoga supplies and goods will be available for purchase and sample. If you are interested in having a vendor table at the conference, please contact (615) 957-5188.
* Yoga Day USA celebration
* Members-only events for YSN members, as well as discounted rates at YSN Annual Yoga Conference.

with David Williams

We are excited and honored to welcome David Williams.
David was the first Westerner to be taught the complete Ashtanga Yoga system of asanas and pranayama directly from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. David is responsible for teaching the Ashtanga Yoga system to many of today's leading teachers and practitioners, including David Swenson, Doug Swenson, Danny Paradise, Bryan Kest, Jonny Kest, Tracy Rich, Chuck Miller, and Maty Ezraty.
No experience necessary.
All yoga students welcome, whether you practice Ashtanga yoga or not, Come as you are!
